Local delivery and customer collections
We are based in Bradford and offer direct local delivery by arrangement. Please contact us with your postcode and order details before ordering so we can confirm availability, delivery charges and a suitable date.
Customer collections have stopped. Our premises are not a customer collection point or walk-in shop.

Postal and courier delivery
Online orders for postal delivery are typically dispatched within 5 working days using Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery. Our postage and packaging charge is £4.50 per order (subject to change), with the applicable charge confirmed before payment. Occasionally, another courier may be used. Preparation and dispatch time is separate from the carrier's delivery time. Please check the product listing for any specific timescales.
We currently dispatch to UK mainland addresses only. Preparation and delivery times may vary during busy periods. For wholesale and ambassador orders, or to discuss delivery for a particular date, please contact us before ordering.
A problem with your order?

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, is not as described or has not arrived, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs, where available, can help us investigate. We will provide the refund, replacement or other remedy you are entitled to under consumer law. For deliveries we arrange, your rights do not depend on the postal service or courier paying us compensation.
Cancellations and returns
For goods eligible for change-of-mind cancellation, you can cancel from the time of ordering until 14 days after delivery. Tell us you wish to cancel within that period, then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Change-of-mind cancellation does not apply to goods made to your personal specifications or personalised for you, or to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly. These exceptions do not remove your rights if an order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Please include your order number or another form of proof of purchase. Contact us before posting food back so we can advise on safe handling and return arrangements. You do not need our approval to exercise a legal cancellation right.
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage only where we have told you this before purchase. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we cover reasonable return postage costs.
Please keep the packaging where possible to help us assess damage and arrange a return. Keeping the original packaging is not a condition of your statutory rights.
To report a problem or notify us of a cancellation, please contact us.
Refunds
For an eligible cancellation of an entire online order, we refund the price paid and the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra amount paid for a premium delivery option is not normally refundable as part of a change-of-mind cancellation.
Refunds are made using your original payment method unless we agree otherwise. For eligible cancellations involving returned goods, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they were sent back, whichever happens first. Other refunds will be handled within the applicable legal time limits.
Late or missing refunds
If a refund we have confirmed is not showing, check the account or card used for payment and contact your bank or card provider about processing times.
